UPDATE Sept 2024: Repeat customers for Sapphire Mortgage after selling our Condo. Nancy and her team crunched the numbers for us so many times over a 6 month period to help us determine our true budget before purchasing our forever home. We were complicated with multiple co-signors and changing finances. JAN 2021 Nancy and her team really went above and beyond to find us the best rate as first time home buyers. They were quick with the pre-approval letters we needed to view homes during the pandemic. We had a very complicated end of year closing process and Nancy continued working with the loan company to the very end to make sure we got the best rate possible and closed on December 31st! At one point she was calling the HOA to get new paperwork submitted so the entire complex would qualify for FHA loans. Our loan required an online course and Nancy was able to provide us a code to take the course at no charge. I wish that we would have taken the course earlier in the process, but things moved so quickly that it didn’t come up until it was required. I’m very grateful to Nancy and the family who recommended her to us. When we first spoke with her we didn’t even think we’d get approved and she guided us through the process and helped us make small changes to bring our rate down even more.

Nancy and her team have been helping me try to get a Home Equity Loan for a couple of years. At first, she brought to our attention that some of our credit was being misreported and the error of those creditors. Once cleared, Nancy really did the shopping for us because our finances are so complicated and ever changing but she was able to present our information in a way that qualified us. Nancy Bayron, frankly, is incredible. We had been dropped in underwriting by another firm and had a few weeks to salvage the sale. My wife and I were amazed at how quick and effective her team operated along with tolerating our multiple requests for reassurance that financing was not going to stall out. When so many mortgage brokers and banks said NO, Nancy said yes. She made it work, that's all that matters in the end right?

We found sapphire mortgage after our lender pulled out last minute, with 2 weeks to close we we’re in a scramble. We have a pretty unique situation where we do not fit the standard w2 employee box ( 1 biz owner, 1 just finished nursing school ) To cut a long story short - Nancy and her team really looked at all the details and confirmed that nursing school counts towards your 2 years income. Something many lenders didn’t seem to know! I wish we had found sapphire mortgage first. We were thrilled to work with a team that understood our situation, worked FAST with excellent communication daily and got us a better rate then we had initially. We only had to request a small extension and we are now proud owners and can look forward to our future. If we ever buy another home in the future it will ONLY be with sapphire mortgage. Totally Amazing is an understatement!!! Thanks, Nancy, Mariana, Isabel for helping us get our dream home! The condo I purchased has an existing lawsuit against the AOAO. All the lenders I contacted prior to Sapphire Mortgage declined to help due to the pending case or I walked away as their rates and costs were too high. At one point, I thought it was impossible to purchase the condo. Thank goodness for Google, I found Sapphire Mortgage. The team is super knowledgeable and has the expertise to shop and find the right lender with the best rates that's willing to fund the loan in this situation. Problem Solved! Nancy and her team really went above and beyond to find us the best rate as first time home buyers. They were quick with the pre-approval letters we needed to view homes during the pandemic. We had a very complicated end of year closing process and Nancy continued working with the loan company to the very end to make sure we got the best rate possible and closed on December 31st! At one point she was calling the HOA to get new paperwork submitted so the entire complex would qualify for FHA loans.

Our loan required an online course and Nancy was able to provide us a code to take the course at no charge. I wish that we would have taken the course earlier in the process, but things moved so quickly that it didn’t come up until it was required.

Wow! I am truly at a loss for words. Nancy, Mariana, and Isabel are absolutely amazing. I came to them to do a simple refinance on my home. We started during a pandemic and then found out there was a litigation pending on my condo complex due to the developer not adhering to ADA guidelines when he built my condo complex. The HOA was not being held held financially responsible, the developer was, however the litigation still came up and we were red flagged. We were turned down numerous times, however Nancy and her team never gave up. They worked tirelessly to ensure my refinance was approved. They went above and beyond all of my expectations. I am a 70 years old and have bought a half a dozen or so properties through the years, i obtained my financing through a local bank.in those purchases, never using the services of a mortgage broker. So it was with some trepidation and skepticism that I decided to use Sapphire Mortgage to find me financing on the purchase of a home in Wailuku, but having no luck with the local Hawaiian Banks wanting to do business with me, because at seventy I had some financial baggage, I decided to try a mortgage broker. What dumb luck I had all around, the Banks not wanting me, and picking Sapphire Mortgage.
